The Mütter Museum at The College of Physicians of Philadelphia is America's most unique medical museum, containing an extraordinary collection of medical specimens, anatomical models, and antique medical equipment. Founded in 1858, its collections include the Hyrtl Skull Collection of 139 human skulls, the plaster cast of the conjoined twins Chang and Eng, a 9-foot-long human colon, and the preserved brain of Einstein's doctor Harvey Cushing's patients.
