The Old Allamakee County Courthouse, also known as the Allamakee County Historical Museum, is a historic building located in Waukon, Iowa, United States. It was built in 1861 and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1977 as a part of the County Courthouses in Iowa Thematic Resource.
