The Dallas Museum of Art (DMA) is one of the largest art museums in the United States, with a collection of over 24,000 works spanning 5,000 years of art history. Housed in Edward Larrabee Barnes's 1984 building in the Dallas Arts District, the museum is celebrated for its collections of contemporary art, ancient Mediterranean art, and the art of the Americas. The DMA offers free general admission.
