The Museum of Fine Arts Houston (MFAH) is the largest art museum in the southern United States and one of the largest in the country, with a collection of more than 70,000 works. Its encyclopedic holdings span 6,000 years of art history, with particular strengths in Impressionism and Post-Impressionism, Renaissance decorative arts, photography, and Latin American art. The museum's campus includes buildings by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe and Rafael Moneo.
